Below is useful information on how to navigate the New Online Permitting System.If you are a new user, you may register for a free Citizen Access account. It only takes a few simple steps and you'll have the added benefits of seeing a complete history of applications, access to your uploaded plans and documents, scheduling inspections, checking on the status of pending activities, and more.
If you are actively pulling permits in person and would like to also start applying on ePermitJC portal:
- Register For a Public User Account
- Reset your Password
- Complete the “License Connection Request Form” and email it to: ePermitJC_Registration@jccal.org
